Señores Anónimos
consist of ten young and enthusiastic musicians,
who have named themselves after "the most productive
composer of all time." S.A. celebrate the spanish renaissance,
spanish folklore and flamenco bridging the music of the Iberian
Peninsula.
These international artist have studied at european universities and music
colleges of high reputation, attaining degrees in classical, modern, and early music.
Renaissance music is about love, war, passion, persecution and desire,
still relevant even to today, connecting us with the people of pass eras.
They also appear in the emotional lyrics of traditional and modern flamenco.
Two flamenco guitars are paired up with (historical) period instruments,
creating a unique and sensual sound. The spanish dancer, Zaida Ballesteros
combines the dances of the strong and charismatic modern flamenco with the
spirit of the renaissance drawing from historical sources.
An evening with señores anónimos takes you on a colourful and passionate
journey through the centuries celebrating art and life in a feast for the eyes and ears.
